Practical teaching is an important part of college teaching.As an important part of combining theory with practice,it is of great significance for students to internalize what they have learned into related qualities.As a new indicator of talent cultivation,the core quality of Chinese students' development plays an important role in the professional development of physical education in China.However,the contradiction between the growing demand of PE teachers' quality and the imbalanced and inadequate development of PE education is still outstanding.Therefore,it is an urgent problem to be solved in the current social development how to optimize the professional practice teaching of physical education with the guidance of core quality,improve the training quality of professional practice teaching of physical education,and meet the requirements of sports talents in the new era.This study using the literature material method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method logic analysis and other research methods,with reference to the development of the Chinese students six big accomplishment,six undergraduate course colleges and universities of hunan province,hunan normal university jishou university in hunan institute of humanities science and technology of hunan university of technology institute of southern hunan liberal arts college)analyzing the present situation and problems of practice teaching of physical education.Through the analysis,the following problems are obtained:(1)the arrangement of some practical teaching links is not conducive to the cultivation of students' core qualities,which needs to be improved;(2)some students have no understanding of practical teaching and lack of information awareness;(3)professional skills can not meet their own needs,students lack the spirit of learning;(4)lack of evaluation of educational practice and students' lack of reflective spirit;(5)the level of scientific research is generally low,and students lack scientific spirit;(6)the lack of experimental practice conditions is unfavorable to the cultivation of students' ability of practice and innovation.Based on the relevant theories of core literacy,the following countermeasures are put forward:(1)optimize the practical teaching link of physical education specialty,cultivate the core literacy of students;(2)add the cognitive link of practical teaching theory,strengthen the information consciousness of students;(3)pay attention to the design of practical teaching content,cultivate the learning interest of students;(4)improve the evaluation frequency of educational practice,and cultivate the spirit of diligent reflection of students;(5)We should pay more attention to the link of graduation thesis,improve the scientific spirit of students;(6)improve the soft and hard conditions of experiment,and cultivate students' ability of practice and innovation.
