Student organizations are a special organization, college student organizations and the government, institutions of different type of organization, it is automatically go from disorder order, from low level to high and orderly orderly self-organized, student organizations and university administrative units, and other college staff and other official organizations are differentiated, it is due to interest, hobby or common interest group formed to set the default to run code of conduct or guidelines loosely organized.
