Research On Select Of The College Stugent Union Cadres Based On The Competency Model

The competency model is as the basis point of my research. By using the method of questionnaire and Behavioral Event Interview for581college students, then building the competency model of the College Student Union cadres. The research analyse the high performance Competency and core competency of the Excellent College Student Union cadres. by using the skill of Talent Assessment Technology and specific cases to validate the action of the College Student Union cadres. The research will provide a data supports and proposal for selecting the College Student Union cadresThis research is composed by three parts:The first part is review and consolidate the theory and the application of the competency model, makes a summary to the related research results and literature material.The research problems been proposed.The second part is using the method of questionnaire and Behavioral Event Interview to constructe and perfecte the competency model of the College Student Union cadres.The third part is by using the skill of Talent Assessment Technology and specific cases to validate the action of the College Student Union cadres, and put forward the improvement of future research and prospects.Research results show that:Firetly, the College Student Union cadres’ core competency is the leadership, responsibility and teamwork.
