The institution of higher education is one of talent’s most centralized places, The teacher is the most important and expensive resource and a decisive factor of restricting the whole working efficiency of the institution. University teachers management is an important component of university management, university teachers management effectiveness is an important indicator of measuring the level of an university management. The possibility of establishing an efficient mechanism for teachers management directly determines the potential for development. However it is necessary to implement the management concept of“teacher-oriented”in university teachers management, and effectively build the system of university teachers management on caring, trusting, respecting and developing teachers.Through reading and studying many documents about the university teachers management theory and human-oriented management theory, which have been studied by domestic and foreign experts. Based on the study of relevant basic theory, this thesis defines the connotations and requirements of humanized university teachers management. Then it summarizes the specific expression of humanized deficiency in the process of university teachers management, and analyzes the reasons deeply. After that, it introduces the experiences of some countries which have acquired striking effect in practice. And through reflecting on the successful experience of foreign countries, we can get the advanced reference and inspiration, which involves regulating the legal system of teacher management system, maintaining teachers’legal status and legitimate rights, improving evaluation mechanism through respecting individual, providing incentives for diversification and attaching importance to teacher professional development. Finally, according to the requirements of all-round development for teachers, aiming for the specific expression of humanized deficiency in university teachers management, and combining with foreign countries’successful experiences, we build the ways to propelling humanized university teachers management. These require us to set up the humanized concept for teacher management, improve the humanized university teachers management system, pay attention to university teachers’professional autonomy development, and create the harmonious environment for teacher management. So that, it can promote the teachers’ability to be bring into full play, and promote the comprehensive development of teachers, and make due contributions to implement the talent strategy, that is the strategy of reinvigorating China through human resource development.
