The Research On Humanized University Teachers Management

The institution of higher education is one of talent’s most centralized places, The teacher is the most important and expensive resource and a decisive factor of restricting the whole working efficiency of the institution. And through reflecting on the successful experience of foreign countries, we can get the advanced reference and inspiration, which involves regulating the legal system of teacher management system, maintaining teachers’legal status and legitimate rights, improving evaluation mechanism through respecting individual, providing incentives for diversification and attaching importance to teacher professional development. Finally, according to the requirements of all-round development for teachers, aiming for the specific expression of humanized deficiency in university teachers management, and combining with foreign countries’successful experiences, we build the ways to propelling humanized university teachers management. These require us to set up the humanized concept for teacher management, improve the humanized university teachers management system, pay attention to university teachers’professional autonomy development, and create the harmonious environment for teacher management. So that, it can promote the teachers’ability to be bring into full play, and promote the comprehensive development of teachers, and make due contributions to implement the talent strategy, that is the strategy of reinvigorating China through human resource development.
