The Research On Humanized Management Of Junior High School Teachers

The reform of school management has become an important constituent of the contemporary education reforms in China. Teacher management is a crucial and difficult part of school management. The management of junior high school teachers has a close relationship with the success of the basic education and the quality of juveniles'growth. Humanized management, as a trend of the development of modern civilization and the outcome of historical development, is a new trend of the development of contemporary school management. It is also a management method in accordance with the educational development.This paper analyzes the current situation and problems in junior high school teachers'management. After reading a large number of books and research papers, I designed questionnaire to conduct research on teachers management in four junior high schools in Dalian. Based on humanized management levels, the questionnaire was designed in the following five aspects: empathic communication, democratic management, independent management, excellent teachers management and organizational culture management. The research result shows there still exist problems in humanized management even though it has already permeated in teacher management in junior high schools. The main problems are a lack of communication between the principals and teachers, the superficial democratic management, deficiency of principal's consideration of teachers'spontaneity and individuality, irrational teacher training, as well as an urgent need of organizational culture management. Finally, the paper proposes the solutions of junior high school teachers'humanized management to the above problems.
