On this vast Xinjiang earth, live 47 ethnic groups, there are people age 13 nationalities live here, we can not say much ethnic, culture is quite rich. But the body is in the northwest border of the motherland, Xinjiang’s geographical remoteness, to a certain extent, caused by the lag between the coastal and inland Xinjiang regional economic and social development, culture and education. Coincides with the transformation of social structure of Xinjiang, which is for the people, especially people in Xinjiang Xinjiang minority compatriots, it is both an opportunity and also a challenge.On the one hand, along with the higher education enrollment and preferential entrance Minority Minority College Students under the increasing number of graduates, the face of such a huge crowd of job, how the employment situation of minority college students; on the other hand, in the Chinese culture as the main Chinese culture, minority college students by how kind of impact, their way of employment go...... in recent years, research on minority employment issues increasingly become a hot topic of sociology, pedagogy, but the current minority graduation health and employment situation is still not optimistic, minority employment of graduates still face difficulties and improve the employment situation of ethnic minority graduates without delay.This study selected 10 minority students as research subjects to extend their employment process and analysis of lateral diachronic. First, the use of literature analysis, survey on the employment status of minority graduates of the sort; secondly, the use of interviews to Bourdieu’s "Field- Habitus" Theory as basic research, in the family field, school field, social field three kinds of fields within the course of employment on 10 subjects and encounters are described, and the use of "grounded theory" analysis of employment dilemma now minority graduates, and the corresponding countermeasures.The results show: the reason and minority graduates encounter difficulties arose as to the three fields, school field and the field of family social field, the need for improved graduation minority employment predicament, not only to the minority of graduates individual, there are multiple reasons Minority graduates parents, schools, social and related policies. This article from the social field, field school graduates and three levels of the individual proposed to improve the plight of minority graduates countermeasures in order to do our best to play the role of each field may promote minority graduate employment, maintaining social stability in Xinjiang, promote the further social and economic development in Xinjiang.
