The thesis focuses on the analysis of the the characteristics of the muscular activity of Shaanxi province rowing athletes when they are in the process of participating in the race and special strength training. Through the analysis of the characteristics of the muscular activity which are in the process of participating in the race and special strength training, diagnosing and evaluating the rationality, scientific nature and influence factors of the role of the main muscles. Providing a theoretical reference,not only for improving our province rowing athletes’special strength training of scientific degree,but also for enhancing athletic performance.This research mainly uses the experimental method and the test method to test Shaanxi province rowing athletes (men and women of the 8) who are participating in the rowing and special strength training movement. The scene uses a video camera (CASIO-fh25,120Hz) to shoot videos which athletes are participating in the rowing and special strength training movement. Finishing the race rowing action on the water is mainly divided into five stages (Water sailing stage,490~510m stage,990 to 1010m stage,1490 to 1510m stage,1990m). There are four special strength training movements, namely:bench pull, squat, squat lifting and back muscles exercises.Testing the Male Athlete’eight muscles and female athletes" 12 muscles with the 16-channel telemetry EMG (MegaWin6000 production in Finland),and recording the athletes’muscular surface electromyogram(SEMG sampling frequency of 1000Hz) when they are in participating in the rowing and special strength training movement. Using surface electromyography system to test synchronously athletes’ major muscular group EMG and IEMG(Integrate EMG) and other quantitative indicators, analyzing and evaluating through the movement structure and muscular activity.The main results:1.The original EMG and action videos when athletes are participing in the water rowing and in specific strength exercises.2.The sequence of the major muscular activity participing in water rowing from the strong to the weak is:the female is Erector spinae muscle, latissimus dorsi muscle, biceps brachii, gluteus maximus, the rectus femoris muscle, Unit two biceps;the male is the rectus femoris and gluteus maximus muscle, latissimus dorsi muscle, biceps brachii, anterior tibial muscle, erector spinae muscle, gastrocnemius muscle after section, unit two biceps.3.When male rowers are participing in water rowing,the sequence of their average muscle force is:the rectus femoris, unit two head of the muscle, latissimus dorsi erector spinae, gluteus maximus, the biceps brachii muscle, gastrocnemius muscle posterior, anterior tibial muscle. When female rowers are participing in water rowing,the sequence of their average muscle force is:The left rectus femoris, right rectus femoris, right two, left femoral head of biceps muscle, two right latissimus dorsi muscle, latissimus dorsi, left right left erector spinae, erector spinae, right gluteus maximus, the left gluteus maximus, the left biceps, the right biceps brachii muscle.4.In the whole process of water rowing, there are not significant differences between the second stage and third stage;there are significant differences(P<0.05) in other stage.Research conclusion:The findings of the analysis, the main results are as follows:1.When male rowers are participing in water rowing,the sequence of their major force is:kicking actively with lower extremity muscle,backing down hard,Cranking arm pulling the oars. In the process of completing rowing, mainly strengthening the force sequence of hip, knee, shoulder.The force sequence of each muscle plays a crucial role in the completion of the action, which fully reflects economy, rationality of the movement.2.In the process of completing rowing, unit two head, the rectus femoris muscle, latissimus dorsi, erector spinae play a major role, gluteus maximus muscle, biceps brachii, anterior tibial muscle, posterior segment of gastrocnemius muscle playe a secondary role.Shaanxi female rowers should strengthen the leg strength training, and the female rowers should strengthen the training of the biceps femoris.3.From the view of the whole process of water rowing,the sequence of five stages and the IEMG which are from the small to the large are:the third stage, the second stage, the stage IV, the stage V, the first stage. The final score is corresponding to the muscle strength, it shows that rowers’muscle strength plays a very important role on the final score.4.Squat takes strong stimulation on the biceps femoris and rectus femoris, squat lifting takes strong stimulation on the biceps femoris, biceps and rectus femoris, horizontal pulling takes strong stimulation on the unit two biceps, the back muscle exercises takes strong stimulation on unit two head of the muscle and latissimus dorsi, erector spinae, muscular specific strength exercise has the tangible effect on the muscle which is primarily involved in the process of completing rowing.
