The promulgation of National Fitness Program (2011-2015) makes people pay more attention to the daily fitness.Good eating habits and scientific exercising way can be considered as the effective means that we keep healthy in21st century.The scientific sports fitness way, which is healthy, reasonable and suitable for the broad masses of the people, has become a pursuit of people. Under the influence of the fitness environment, the fitness industry is booming.Aerobics as both for emerging and for public fitness programs has the incomparable advantage of spread, which not only complies with the current trend, but also enriches today’s workout. However, because of years of Chinese education system, universities consider sports teacher training as a key object, which results in the shortage of social sports and types of personnel. The single sports human resources can not meet the needs of the public while a variety of sports talent development is an important foundation to promote the development of mass sports. Aerobics Instructor is a special talent for social sports and also disseminators and promoters of aerobics, who attracts public attention by the fitness center as well as the whole society.The quality and teaching training guidance ability of aerobics instructors are the key to determine whether people fitness activities are scientific and healthy development, and also has important significance and influence to the implementation of the National Fitness Program and scientific guidance to the National Fitness, which upholds the "people-oriented" concept and provides a good social conditions for the establishment and development of mass sports.The aim of studying on commercial Fitness Center Aerobics Instructor quality structure is to analyze the social pressure, low employment rates, the number of graduation to explore the structure of the quality of the Aerobics Instructor. Aerobics instructor without meeting the conditions of a certain intellectual capacity worked in commercial fitness centers. Whether he quality of their structure can meet the needs of the fitness and entertainment crowd or not?By analyzing the aerobics instructor quality structure in commercial fitness centers and the important degree of internal elements, exploring the overall situation of Aerobics Instructor quality structure in commercial fitness centers in Jiangsu province, analyzing and summarizing the current quality status of aerobics instructor in commercial fitness centers in Jiangsu province and through the Aerobics Instructor self-assessment, student evaluation of the aerobics instructors and the corresponding professional evaluation of professors and experts, this thesis summarized the quality structure of aerobics instructors in commercial fitness centers in Jiangsu province, gave recommendations to the recruitment of aerobics instructors for the commercial fitness centers in Jiangsu province and provided a scientific theory to serve the recreational for people better.This thesis took the business fitness center aerobics instructor in Jiangsu province as the research object by using the methods of documentation, expert interview, questionnaire and mathematical statistics.According to the designed questionnaire about the quality of the aerobics instructor and two rounds of comprehensive analysis of the questionnaire to professors and experts, this thesis summarized the quality structure of constructing business fitness center aerobics instructor, and the survey analysis of present development situation and quality structure of business fitness center aerobics instructor, meanwhile it gave some suggestions and solutions according to the survey problems.This study adopted questionnaire survey method and validity testing through two rounds of expert survey on the quality of the structure of the commercial fitness center aerobics instructor, aerobics instructors, members to the determination of reliability, to determine qualification structure indexes of consisting of a commercial fitness center aerobics instructor, and analyze the current situation of aerobics instructor quality structure of the current business fitness center in Jiangsu province and the current situation and produce the reasons and countermeasures.
