| The general administration of sport of China once put forward a guiding principle on how to develop the sports industry, that is:depending on the venue construction, closely sticking on the industry, developing in an all around way, and serving the whole society. The most of the sports industry development is related to the venue construction. As the material basis of the sports industry, the use and construction of the sports venue attract a great attention of people. Xi’an is the sports center of Shaanxi province and even the northwest region of China, if it would make an industrial transformation on different kinds of venues, facilities and resources, providing a fee-based service for mass sports competitions, it will gain more social and economic profit from such changes.This article puts forward a guideline for promoting the industrial development and provides a reference for the construction of sports venue through the analysis of the status quo of sports venue industrialization. It will make a field-analysis on the public sports venue of Xi’an to further analyze the current situations such as the industrial structure, the management and some other problems caused. It will clarify the function and responsibility of government in this developing process to strengthen the centralize guidance. The government should first pay great attention to the research on the public sports venue development, formulating beneficial tax and investment policies to grow fast. Second it should establish public industrial organizations to foster the consuming subject of sports venue, encouraging the sports consumption among the mass. Finally it should educate a number of professional talents through on-the-job training and recruitments. This article will lay a solid foundation for a healthy development of the sports venue in Xi’an. In conclusion, the practical meaning of the industrial development of Xi’an will take great effect in the northwest region of China. |
