Objective: Based on pacing strategy of Central Governal Model, using“RPE clamp”technique to recall and reestimate Ergogenic Aids, and to investigate physiological, psychological and nutritional Ergogenic Aids react by feedforward mechanism orfeedback mechanism. Methods: 1 Subjects: 7 volunteer male undergraduates from Physical EducationCollege Shandong Normal University were selected as subjects. All subjects nosmoking and drinking, and have no nervous disease and no disease to treat. They haveno the history of drinking coffee for long, before the experiments they had agreementsin writing and to wish compounding the experiments. 2 Methods: This study usedMONARK 894E cycle ergometer, the load was defined 0.005kg/kg weight and RPEwas clamped an RPE of 16 on the Borg scale (which is between hard and very hard). The power output measured during the first 3 min of the trail was averaged as thereference value, Subjects continued cycling until their power output declined to avalue corresponding to 70% of the initial value (the reference value),and this time wasdefined as fatigue time. When the power output, measured every minute during thetrial, fell below 70% of the reference value for three consecutive minutes, subjectswere immediately requested to perform maximal sprint, lasting 30s. 3 Research:During experiments all subjects came to the laboratory for 15 times, and each otherinterval of 3-7 days. Anterior 2 times were to setup RPE clamp model and the stabiletest, 3-15-time experiments were interference experiments (drinks supplement, theduration deceit and the material reward and language stimulus interference).Studiedthe effect of physiological, psychological and nutritional Ergogenic Aids on pacingstrategy. 4 Index test:①30s speed(the first of 30s speed after exercise onset),②initial speed (the reference value ,the average velocity of the first 3 min, and recorded 1 time each 30s ),③fatigue time(the time about descending for 70% of the referencevalue ) ,④peak value of 30s sprint(record 1 time each 5s),⑤the average velocity for30s sprint,⑥total power output(product of multiplication of initial speed and fatiguetime). 5 statistical treatment: After to check all date have no errors, using SPSS 15.0for windows to statistical treatment to part delineation and inference statistics. Indexstability text adopted dependability analyses, and the difference of groups usedrepeated measurement of analysis of variance and Paired-Sample T Test. P<0.05 wasaccepted as being statistically significant, and all data was expressed as Mean±SD.Results:①In RPE clamp model establish and repeated measurement stability tests allindices had no significant difference between two measurements, repeatedmeasurement coefficient correlation were between 0.458-0.965, illustrating all indiceskept repeated measurement stability for some time.②Compared with immediatelyafter drinking water(Kang Shifu purified water 720ml)group, in 10min after drinkingwater group 30s speed ,initial speed and peak value of 30s sprint had no significantdifference, but fatigue time and total power output had a significant descend (P<0.05),and the average velocity for 30s sprint had a significant increase(P<0.05).③Compared with immediately after drinking soda solution(Ming Ren no carbohydrateand no steam soda solution 720ml)group, in 10min after drinking soda solution group30s speed and initial speed had no significant difference, fatigue time lengthened alittle, total power output increased, the average velocity for 30s sprint and peak valueof 30s sprint decreased appreciably.④Compared to immediately after drinkingcompetitor drink (720ml) group, in 10min after drinking competitor drink (720ml)group initial speed and peak value of 30s sprint had no significant difference, butfatigue time had a significant increase(P<0.05).⑤Between immediately afterdrinking coffee(Chun Pin Sparrow coffee 2g) group and 10min after drinking coffeegroup, each index had no significant difference.⑥Compared with the metaphasecontrol group, in the duration deceit group each of index of the equal long group hadno significant difference. In short for 3 min group, 30s speed and initial speedincreased significant (P<0.05), fatigue time had a little Shortening, the averagevelocity for 30s sprint had a little charge, but peak value of 30s sprint increased a little and total power output decreased appreciably. To compare the equal long group, inshort for 3 min group 30s speed increased significantly(P<0.05), initial speedincreased appreciably, fatigue time shorten slightly, but the average velocity for 30ssprint and peak value of 30s sprint increased a little, total power output decreasesomewhat. Compared to the metaphase control group, in long for 3 min group 30sspeed and initial speed became a little slowly, fatigue time became shortening, theaverage velocity for 30s sprint and peak value of 30s decreased significantly(P<0.05),but total power output had no significant charge. Compared with the equal long group,in short for 3 min group 30s speed decrease appreciably, initial speed had no charge ingeneral, fatigue time, the average velocity for 30s sprint , peak value of 30s sprint andtotal power output had decrease slightly. Compared with short for 3 min group, inlong for 3 min group 30s speed decrease significantly(P<0.05), initial speed decreaseappreciably, but fatigue time lengthen significantly(P<0.05), peak value of 30s sprintdecrease slightly, total power output increase slightly.⑦Compared with themetaphase control group, in the material reward and language stimulus group 30sspeed and the average velocity for 30s sprint had no significant difference, but initialspeed step-up significantly(P<0.05), peak value of 30s sprint raisesignificantly(P<0.05), and fatigue time lengthen a little. Conclusion: used MONARK 894E cycle ergometer, the load was defined 0.005kg/kgweight and RPE was clamped an RPE of 16 on the Borg scale (which is between hardand very hard). The power output measured during the first 3 min of the trail wasaveraged as the reference value, Subjects continued cycling until their power outputdeclined to a value corresponding to 70% of the initial value (the reference value),andthis time was defined as fatigue time. When the power output, measured every minuteduring the trial, fell below 70% of the reference value for three consecutive minutes, subjects were immediately requested to perform maximal sprint, lasting 30s.Thosereplicated successfully RPE clamp model, and displaying in RPE clamp modelestablish and repeated measurement stability tests coefficient correlation of he majorindices were between 0.686-0.965. Material reward and duration deceit (short for 3min) may effect on exercise pacing strategy through feed forward way, reflecting in the increase of initial speed, but competitor drink effect on it through feedback way, showing in the extension of exercise duration to fatigue.Advise: Based on this test farther research and approach other Ergogenic Aids, toroundly comprehend and analyze this mechanism of action, and preferably to serve toentire people body building and the plan of winning honor for Olympic Games...
