Since the reform and open policy, the construction of campus culture has had the importantstrategic status in the national overall situation work. The campus culture took one kind of socialphenomenon, is in the school campus social culture, is the school construction important content.The construction of campus culture receives day by day takes. Middle school sports competitionis the important constituent of the construction of campus culture. Sports competition and theconstruction of campus culture benign interaction can have the win-win situation.This paper take the Shandong Province middle school as the investigation object, usesliterature research techniques and so on material law, questionnaire survey procedure,mathematical method of average, to the middle school sports competition present situation,middle school sports competition and the construction of campus culture interaction relationscarries on investigates and analyzes the existence the question, proposed solves the questionconstructive opinion.The conclusion of this paper shows:(1)Middle school sports competition and the campusculture relations are the part and the whole, individual and the general relations, the two arepromotes, to affect mutually mutually. Presently, between middle school sports competition andthe construction of campus culture has the interaction, but the majority of school interaction isnot obvious.(2)At present, the middle school sports competition present situation is notoptimistic. One is the majority of middle school’s official sports competition project are few,does not have the characteristic project. The student participates in sports competition thepopulation proportion too being obviously low. The ordinary middle-school student participatesin unofficial sports competition the frequency too being low. Two is a half school leader isapproximately insufficient to the sports competition value degree. Three is the middle schoolgym instructor’s school record, the title is high, specialized theory training, political training aremany, but specialized skill training are few.(3)Middle school sports competition has enrichedthe campus culture activity. The sports facility, the facility, the sports sculpture and so onincreased the campus material culture, but must transfer the student to participate in the sportscomprehensively, the majority of school sports facility, facility quantity is also insufficient. The middle school sports competition dissemination promoted the campus media development, butcampus media propaganda dynamics is also insufficient, in the interscholastic competition hasnot formed certain audience community. The middle-school student to thecampus spirit, the exhortation to students understanding insufficiency, the campus spirit, theexhortation to students to the athlete and student’s cohesive force, the drive function little appears,the majority of schools have not proposed the competition idea.This article in above findings foundation, put forward the corresponding proposal: First,middle school sports competition and the campus construction of campus culture effectiveinteraction needs further to consummate, the school leader needs further to enhance to two kindof interaction understanding and practices. Second, the middle school must massively increasethe project which loved, popularizes gradually in the school, enhances the middle-school studentto the sports percentage participating, true realization“humanist”educational policy. Third, theschool must initiate unofficial sports competition vigorously. Fourth, the teacher wants to takestudent’s sports ideological education. Fifth, the school must take athletics training the quality,increase sports competition watching.
