| This paper is using the method of literature,investigation,mathematical statistics,logical analysis and other research methods to make a survey and analysis of the current situation of the reserve sports talents training and the construction of campus culture of 18 schools in Xiamen downtown junior sports school and finds out its characteristics and shortcomings,It starts from the interactive development of the reserve sports talents and the construction of campus culture of Xiamen downtown junior sports school.Then,starting from the relationship between them,the interactive relationship between the cultivation of competitive sports reserve talents and the construction of campus culture is deeply studied in Xiamen in order to discover the internal and external relations between them.Finally,we try to find the combination of the development of competitive sports reserve talents and campus culture construction on the basis of summary,and make suggestions for coordination and sustainable development between them,and put forward constructive suggestions.This will provide a scientific basis for the training of reserve sports talents and the healthy,sustained and steady development of the sports culture construction in Xiamen primary and secondary schools.The conclusions are as follows:(1)At present,the training of competitive sports reserve personnel in Xiamen presents a thriving scene,It shows a strong momentum of de,velopment whether in sports or in the construction of the athletes' team.But with the era of progress and development,sports training mode,equipping?level?title and management of coaches,sports facilities and other aspects need further reform and perfection in order to ensure the healthy and sustainable development of Xiamen city sports reserve personnel training.(2)At present,the training mode of reserve talents of competitive sports schools in Xiamen urban area is diversified,there are three modes,namely,the combination of P.E.and education,the training mode of sports traditional schools and the training mode of social forces.Although all kinds of training modes have their respective advantages and disadvantages,but their goals are consistent,and wholeheartedly for the Xiamen sports reserve personnel training services.(3)At present,the spot sports schools are located in schools with a large number of students,The school sports atmosphere with a dot or a traditional school of sports are more strong than the non-stationing school or non-traditional schools,and the number of students taking part in physical exercise is more.(4)At present,Xiamen downtown area sports reserve sports talent training tamp the construction of campus material culture?deepen the campus spiritual culture influence?perfect the construction of campus system culture?enriches the construction of campus behavior culture in primary and secondary schools.In turn,the school campus material?spirit?system and behavior culture also affect the cultivation of competitive sports reserve talents,which influence each other,promote each other and complement each other.(5)Most of the teachers and students in the school pay attention to the training and competition of the sports teams under the influence of propaganda,and they hold that the cultivation of reserve talents in sports is closely related to the construction of material?spiritual?institutional and behavioral culture on campus,and there is an interactive relationship between them.(6)The spot sports school affect the construction of campus culture in all aspects,But the school does not pay attention to it,and the contradiction between students,learning and training still exists.(7)Campus culture promotes the cultivation of sports reserve talents in school sports teams,However,the rules and regulations of the relevant sports teams are not perfect,the implementation is not enough,and it is difficult to form the unique culture of the school sports team. |
