In the knowledge economy era, managers have been seeking themechanism of knowledge management of encourage learning. Theresearchers pay attention to the social of cultural attributes of theknowledge, which has become a new hot pot. The theory of socialcapital becomes a new organization forms of knowledgemanagement which encourage knowledge transferring and sharingfor individuals or organizations. However, in China, the specialbanquet cultural mode as a knowledge organization forms supportindividuals or organizational tacit knowledge transferring andsharing.In China, banquet cultural mode has been think as a medium ofindividuals or organizational tacit knowledge transferring andsharing. Communities of banquet (Cob) is mainly an informalcommunity structure loosely. This paper, taking Cob as theresearch object, from the new social networks perspective, wantsto insight into the structure of banquet cultural mode and the modehow to influence the tacit knowledge-transferring, gives aqualitative and quantitative research on tacit knowledgetransferring in communities of banquet. Through a series ofprocedures of the theoretical interpretation, modeling andintegrated use of Spss analysis software, in order to help on understand knowledge-transferring mechanism in Cob, andaddresses how to nurture the social network to provide valuableregerence.The samples included 250 Cob’s member, aimed at analyzed thestructure of social capital in Cob and discussing the effects ofdifferent aspects on tacit knowledge-transferring. The resultsshowed as following: Social capital in Cob was made up of fourdimensions: mianzi, qinggan, huhui, xinren; There were significantrelated to each aspect of social capital in Cob and the tacitknowledge-transferring.
