In the face of these, attention is gradually paid on and people start to think:what’s wrong with the college education and what’s the problem on earth? What causes the undergraduates look down upon the existence of human’life, ignore the value of life and take little responsibility of society, family, and even themselves, Some have no feeling about the very basic human relations at all?The duration of college is a critical period for students to form their outlook of life, of the world, and the value. It’s student’s families’responsibility as well as colleges, society and themselves to help them understand life, respect life, and cherish the value and significance of life, make them set up strong faith and long rang ideals, build up true ethics of live which is correct healthy and positive as well.This thesis analyses human life’s intrinsic characteristic, value and meaning philosophically via the current situation of investigation about life education domestic and overseas, by summarizing the features of contemporary undergraduates. It expects to help contemporary undergraduates realize the importance of life by these research and learn to pay attention on life, respect life, and cherish life. These also establish the fundamental for contemporary undergraduates to set up correct life ethics and to be a person with ability high qualified.
