Teaching assessment is an organic part of the process of teaching, which play an important role to improve the teaching quality, promote learning and development of children. At the background of new assessment paradigm, It is a the most critical problem that how to play the development of teaching assessment function to effectively improve children’s learning and development.According to the research of teaching assessment home and abroad, on the analysis of the features of efficient teaching assessment. The mainline of this study in the purpose to "promote development", in the clue of "why ", "who ", " what" and "how "to explore the teacher teaching assessment ought to and real natural state in kindergarten. Two demonstration kindergartens is chosen as the case study, Research methods are literature, observation, interview,text analysis. The study includes the teaching assessment target, appraisal subjective, the assessment content and the assessment methods.Research found that early childhood teachers pay attention to teaching assessment to their teaching improvement action, ignore the significance of children use assessment, preschool teachers in understanding the mis-encouragement function of assessment; Young children participate in the assessment, increased opportunities, but quality is low, lack of teacher’s instruction; To ignore the teaching target and the teaching content of assessment, assessment content one-sided, neglecting to young children learn quality assessment; Preschool teacher assessment method of deep understanding, can’t effectively the representative assessment of samples. The article found what influence the teaching assessment involve teachers’personal factors, teaching environment factors, kindergarten factor, social factor is the main reason on effect of teachers’teaching assessment.according to the factor analysis, putting forward some corresponding proposals:first of all,it is necessary for kindergarten teachers to promote their professionalism on teaching assessment. And then, kindergarten have to attach the importence to the leading role.at last, the social should be pay more attentions to the teaching assessment.
