The Study On The Assessment Of College Counselor’s Blog On The Basis Of Fuzzy Comprehensive Assessment

Blog is a new product under the network and technology environment, and also a new network communication form which is based on the WEB2.0. With the rapid development of the blog, related education departments at various levels begin to pay increasing attention to the construction of counselor blog in recent years, and exert great effort to broaden the students’ideological and political teaching, aiming to encourage and promote counselors to open blog and publish articles. By doing these, education departments hope to build a new communication platform between teachers and students. In the daily management of college students’work, the assessment of counselor blog is one of the most important responsibilities for the related departments. However, universities are facing some new problems:how to design series of scientific, reasonable and feasible assessment systems; how to transform the generally and vaguely qualitative assessment to the quantitative assessment system, which could be adaptable, convenient, efficient and relatively scientific. The departments are in urgent need to find out the solutions.This article will adopt Analytic Hierarchy Process to analyze the current situation of counselor blog, establish the assessment index and design the respective weight of each index. Through the analysis of basic elements, important features and assessment methods of the counselor blog, the author is trying to develop a set of reasonable and feasible assessment system of the counselor blog. The assessment of counselor blog is a complex evaluative process. It is a collection of multi factors, different indexes, and complicated systems. Therefore, it is difficult to use the traditional assessment method to estimate. And the fuzzy comprehensive assessment is an accurate method to deal with inaccurate and incomplete information. The overwhelmingly dominant characteristic of this method is its ability to handle fuzziness of human thoughts which are relatively natural. The article adopts the fuzzy comprehensive assessment to process the data, which could ensure the accuracy of the assessment system.A University designed and developed its unique counselor blog platform by integrating basic contents of campus Social Network Site (SNS) and the campus Bulletin Board System (BBS) into the platform. The integrated platform is dependent on the BBS of A University, not based on the other websites with fixed form and content. It has great representativeness among colleges and universities all over the country. But the study on assessment of the counselor blog of A University is still insufficient, and there remain some problems in the matching analysis of background data. It is of great necessity to motivate the construction of the counselor blog platform, and increase platform improvement space. Furthermore, it is hoped that this study will also provide experience and references for colleges and universities.
