Research purposes: There is a relative lack of research on fitness Qigong exercise for college students.In the existing research,the number of test population is small,and the influence of intervention time,frequency and other factors in the experimental scheme is easy to cause deviation to the research results,thus affecting the credibility of the results.In order to reduce the controversy and deficiency of the influence on college students ’ physique in a single study,this paper quantitatively analyzes the effect of Health Qigong exercise on college students ’ physique through Meta analysis,and analyzes the intervention effect of different Qigong exercises,intervention frequency and intervention cycle on college students ’ physique.Methods: The literature data method was used to retrieve the relevant literature,and the included literature was screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.Finally,18 articles were included,the relevant data were extracted from the included literature,and the quality of the included literature was evaluated.The data analysis method uses Revman5.4 statistical software and stata12 software to analyze the data extracted from the included literature,and merge the data,make forest maps,heterogeneity detection,subgroup analysis,and sensitivity analysis.Results: The intervention effect of weight,chest circumference,waist circumference and BMI in body shape indicators is very obvious and statistically significant(P<0.01),and the intervention effect of height and hip circumference is not obvious.Physical quality indicators: vital capacity,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,step index,quiet heart rate intervention effect is obvious,and has statistical significance(P≤0.01).Physical function indicators: sitting forward flexion,grip strength,closed-eye onelegged standing,standing long jump intervention effect is very obvious(P < 0.01),situp intervention effect is obvious(P = 0.04).In the subgroup analysis,the intervention frequency in 3 times and below subgroup,height,hip circumference,vital capacity,grip strength,sit-ups,no statistical significance,intervention effect is not obvious,the rest of the indicators were statistically significant.In the subgroup of more than 3 times,height and sit-ups were not statistically significant,the intervention effect was not obvious,and the other indicators were statistically significant.The intervention period was 12 weeks and below,waist circumference,hip circumference,vital capacity,diastolic blood pressure,grip strength,sit-ups,the intervention effect was not obvious,the remaining indicators were statistically significant(P < 0.05).In the subgroup of more than 12 weeks,the intervention effect of BMI and standing long jump was not obvious,and the other indicators were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the comparison of qigong exercises,Wuqinxi has no obvious intervention effect on college students ’ height,weight,hip circumference,BMI,systolic blood pressure,sit-ups and standing long jump.Other test indicators were statistically different.Baduanjin has no obvious effect on college students ’ height,hip circumference,BMI and sit-ups.Other test indicators were statistically different.Conclusion: The intervention effect of body shape index on weight,chest circumference,waist circumference and BMI is obvious,but the intervention effect on height and hip circumference is not obvious;among the physical function indexes,the intervention of vital capacity,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,step index and quiet heart rate was obvious;among the physical quality indicators,the intervention effects of sitting forward flexion,grip strength,closed-eye single-leg standing,sit-ups,and standing long jump were obvious.In the specific analysis,it is found that the effect of Baduanjin on college students ’ physique is better than that of Wuqinxi.The exercise cycle is more than 12 weeks,and the effect of exercise more than 3 times a week will be more obvious.
