| New musical curriculum in senior high school is an important part of basic music education. The implementation of new musical curriculum is an important aspect of promoting the music curriculum reform. Since its implementation in 2003, new musical curriculum has brought about changes for senior high schools.In this survey, Zhengzhou No.1 High School in Henan province is chosen as the research objectives. Field trip and investigations on the operation of musical textbooks by its teachers and students and the situations of the implementation of new musical curriculum were made, mainly with interview method, literature research method and observation method. Based on the survey, the paper makes a thorough discussion and investigation on the problems during the implementation of new musical curriculum, and puts forward consideration and suggestion in hope of providing helpful reference for the implantation of new musical curriculum in senior high school.This paper is composed of four parts. The introduction which offers a discussion of the reasons of topic selection, correlation research, research purpose, and research method and research contents. The first chapter gives a brief account of new musical curriculum in senior high schools. Comprehensive analysis and research about the background, characteristics, nature and development of new musical curriculum are made. In the second chapter, an introduction of the implementation of new musical curriculum in Zhengzhou No.1 High School is introduced. The author elaborates the teaching implementation of music appreciation module and other elective module, music school-based programs in Zhengzhou No.1 High School in detail. The third chapter is consideration and suggestion. According to the implementation of new musical curriculum in Zhengzhou No.1 High School, the author discusses some problems in the implementation of new musical curriculum in senior high schools and put forward some suggestions. |
