Along with China’s economic development and social progress, more attention to early childhood education. In2010promulgated the" national medium and long-term educational reform and development program (2010-2020)" in put forward clearly the basic universal preschool education goal, then the State Council issued the" State Council on the current and development of preschool education in" several opinions, beneficial to the people’s livelihood and future development of the country highly stressed the importance of the development of early childhood education. In the country, social support, nearly twenty years to come to our country preschool education has been developing rapidly. The teacher is the main force of the reform in education, teachers’quality will directly affect the quality of education. Study of early childhood teachers’current situation, find out existing problems, put forward some countermeasures, to improve the quality of preschool education has important significance.This article through to the Qingdao Sifang District9different kindergarten kindergarten teachers’status of the investigation, analysis of kindergarten teachers basic situation and the development of the existing problems, and based on existing problems, the author puts forward some constructive suggestions. Mainly using questionnaires, interviews, literature analysis method, from public and private kindergarten kindergarten comparative analysis, comparative analysis of the different types of kindergarten teachers in. The main problems are:the gender structure of infant teachers imbalance, female is less; a high degree of kindergarten teachers, secondary education teachers; a private kindergarten teachers for preschool children without titles, hold teacher preschool teachers proportion is low; public kindergarten teachers’whole body treatment than private preschool teachers; private preschool teachers than public kindergarten teachers’working pressure, working time is long; the private kindergarten teachers’professional development relative lag and so on.The causes of the problems are:public and private kindergartens status gap; the national related policy does not reach the designated position, government to private kindergarten supervision, labor and social security measures lag and lack of educational management in the.Based on the above problems, the author puts forward the suggestions for the development of preschool teachers:increases policy to tilt and funding support, the government should improve the attention on early childhood education, child care to ensure that the special funds; the implementation of policy, to private and public kindergarten teachers to equal opportunity, gradually improving the private kindergarten teachers treatment; to superintend reach the designated position, security preschool teacher’s rights and interests; remodeling of preschool teachers’professional image; strengthen the teacher professional quality training, the teachers’ Autonomous development.
