In the country, social support, nearly twenty years to come to our country preschool education has been developing rapidly. The teacher is the main force of the reform in education, teachers’quality will directly affect the quality of education. Study of early childhood teachers’current situation, find out existing problems, put forward some countermeasures, to improve the quality of preschool education has important significance.This article through to the Qingdao Sifang District9different kindergarten kindergarten teachers’status of the investigation, analysis of kindergarten teachers basic situation and the development of the existing problems, and based on existing problems, the author puts forward some constructive suggestions.
