Preschool education as the basis of our national education,the teaching quality is directly related with the education level of the whole nation.Preschool teachers as the direct perpetrators of early childhood education and the main force,the quality for the work of the whole education has played a vital role.This article mainly take the survey method,interview method and literature method,the main research in the emerging industrial city preschool teachers present situation,existing problems and reasons,and put forward corresponding countermeasures on the basis of this,on the selection of the research object,mainly in ordos city dongsheng district of the emerging industrial city as an example,dongsheng district in ordos city the present situation of preschool teachers to make evaluation of objective truth.Through concrete comprehensive understanding,analyzes the problems in early childhood teachers,according to the existing education policy is put forward in accordance with local,practical and feasible Suggestions,provides the effective reference basis for the construction of high quality teachers troop.The introduction of this article is mainly about the research background,related research summary,the overall train of thought and the design of this study,comprehensive discussion and analysis were conducted for the relevant concept definition and laid the theoretical foundation for this study.The first part from dongsheng district preschool teachers teachers construction policy guidance,preschool education institutions,teachers,and teacher training in four aspects of dongsheng district preschool teachers current situation of the construction of teaching staff are expounded and analyzed.The second part puts forward the dongsheng district preschool teachers teachers,some of the problems in the existing problems on the basis of system analysis,from two aspects of education administrative department and the kindergarten analyzes the causes of the problem children teachers,and through the actual case to specify.The third part aimed at the problems existing in the early childhood teachers teachers put forward the corresponding countermeasures.The countermeasures including by building high quality preschool education talent introduction of the green channel,to attract high-quality talent in dongsheng preschool education career;Increase the intensity of teacher training,improve the level of preschool teachers' professional development;In the public garden with excellent private garden as its carrier,establish teachers since the culture base;Give private kindergartens fiscal subsidies,measures to improve the stability of the private kindergarten.
