| Early childhood physical education is the initial stage of children’s sports activities,and preschool teachers are the leaders and planners of children’s participation in sports activities.Therefore,the physical education literacy of preschool teachers will play a key role in children’s physical education teaching activities,so improving the physical education literacy of preschool teachers has become a key topic in urgent need of research.The physical quality of preschool teachers in Jinzhou was studied through literature data method,questionnaire survey method,expert interview method,mathematical statistics method and Delphi method.First,Delfi method was designed to organize Jinzhou preschool teachers’ physical literacy,and divide 4 primary indexes and 12 secondary indexes.Through the form of issuing questionnaires,66 kindergartens in two counties and one prefecture-level city in Jinzhou City were randomly sampled,which reflected the basic situation,physical knowledge,physical psychology,physical ability and physical education teaching ability of preschool teachers in Jinzhou City.Secondly,Spss statistical means are used to analyze the physical education quality of preschool teachers in different regions,different academic qualifications and different teaching ages(LSD).The study found that there are many problems in the physical education quality of preschool teachers in Jinzhou:the huge gap between male and female teachers,the incomplete grasp of physical education knowledge,the weak physical psychology awareness,the sports ability to be improved,and the unbalanced development of physical education teaching ability.Then,the factors affecting the physical literacy of preschool teachers include cognitive attitude,pre-job training,hidden education,their own quality and training concept.In view of the problems found,we put forward five operational countermeasures to improve the understanding and attitude of preschool teachers,strengthen pre-vocational training and assessment,strengthen hidden education,strengthen their own quality and cultivate innovative training ideas and methods.Finally,in order to improve the physical education quality of preschool teachers,we put forward four reform and training methods,add relevant courses,expand the enrollment ratio of male teachers,establish and improve the mechanism,and improve the difficulty of preschool teacher qualification certificate examination.In the process of studying the physical education literacy of preschool teachers in Jinzhou,the aim is to provide theoretical basis and practical significance for improving the physical education literacy of preschool teachers in Jinzhou,so as to promote the overall improvement of physical education literacy of preschool teachers in Jinzhou. |
