The Research Of China’s Universities Run Enterprises Development Mode

China’s Universities run enterprises have distinct Chinese characteristics. In foreigncountries, public universities are not allowed to invest in enterprises directly. From the 1950s,our country learned Former Soviet Union to founder student internship practice factory. Withthe constant improvement of China’s market economy, the school-run enterprises of ourcountry appeared a series of problems such as not adapt the development of the marketeconomy. The Ministry of Education promulgated "The Ministry of education on the positivedevelopment of University Science and technology industry, standardize managementregulations" in 2005. This regulation required to reform the university school-run enterprisesaccording to the modern enterprise system.From the public products attributes of university itself, combined with the theory ofproperty rights trading and the theory of knowledge economy, this thesis discuss thedevelopment mode of university school-run enterprises. From the current situation ofuniversity school-run enterprise, there are three modes of school-run enterprises that isfirewall mode, disciplinary corporate system mode and university science park mode.According to the domestic and foreign development model, this thesis is to discuss theadvantages and existing problems of the three modes. On the basis of the research, this thesissummarizes the two main development modes of our country’s university school-runenterprises.Finally, this thesis points out the two main development modes of our country’suniversity school-run enterprises. One is firewall mode that is based on the reform, another isdisciplinary corporate system mode based on the High and new technology. And discuss thefurther improvement of the two modes in the process of developing.This thesis is the first to classify the university school-run enterprises of our country andpoint out the development direction in future. It is worth mentioning that this researchcombined with the Chinese characteristics and the development of the university, stood in thesocial development height to research the school-run enterprise mode.
