Employability is the essential quality that a graduate student should have, which not only includes the capacity to find a job, but also to keep the job, change the job and promote personal career development. This kind of ability plays an important role in an employee’s career, and it’s also the most concerned quality a business required.In this paper, the author will do the literature review about the Employability first. Then taking the Second Vocational School in PingGu as the target, the author will the study the real employment condition of vocational school’s graduates, and analyze the influencing factors. At last, the author will put forward the measures to develop the Secondary vocational students’ employability. For example, the development of students’employability needs the government and enterprises involvement; the vocational schools need to reform and develop in each aspect of the education and administration; the students in vocational schools also need to set up goals for their career development, and try their hard to promote their quality in order to meet the needs of their future jobs or positions.
