In recent years,with the continuous development of China's economy,China's economic industry has begun to gradually upgrade,science and technology-based innovative economy will occupy the dominant position in China's economic market.The original productivity has been unable to meet the needs of economic development at this stage,and the employable value of workers is declining.Vocational education,as a training base for skilled talents,shoulders the responsibility of transporting talents for the labor market,and its importance is self-evident.The inconsistency between education output and market demand will bring a series of social problems.Therefore,how to improve the employability of workers and enable them to maintain their employability value in the changing labor market is an urgent issue to be studied.As an economically developed country,the Netherlands has a long history of Vocational education,especially secondary vocational education,which occupies an important position in its vocational education system.Since the 1980 s and 1990 s,the Netherlands has reformed its vocational education in order to strengthen the connection between vocational education and the labor market so that the output of vocational education can meet the needs of the labor market.From the perspective of employability and its connotation and elements,this study analyzed the impact of legislation construction,curriculum reform,enterprise participation,education system and teacher education measures on promoting students' employability in the Netherlands.Considering the situation of our country and the problems existing in Vocational education,some suggestions are put forward to improve the employability of students in Vocational Education in China,hoping to provide some reference for improving the quality of Vocational Education in China and the employability of students.
