Research On The Employability Of Students In Financial Secondary Vocational Schools

Under the multiple social backgrounds,such as the continuous enrollment of secondary vocational schools,deepening the reform of employment system and increasing the number of graduates each year,the overall employment situation is increasingly grim.Meanwhile,the employment problem of vocational school graduates gradually highlights.Vocational school graduate employment is a matter of government,social,educational and himself a graduate in four areas of systems engineering.In the new era,the secondary vocational school students are skilled talents with the ability to promote economic development and social production,as well as the technical workers can not be replaced in modern economic construction.Especially,the students from the financial and economics vocational school are the technical and management personnel in the development of economy.However,in the real world,vocational graduates’ employment abilities can not conform to the requirements of the employers,which has become a bottleneck of the employment of students in secondary vocational schools and so does the financial and economical schools.Based on the current economic situation of China,the new orientation and the new policy of the secondary vocational education,this article analyzes the graduates’ employment status of local and all kinds of secondary vocational school in China.According to analysis,the vocational students’ employment rate is originally high,but their professional employment rate is low,the employment quality is not high,and the stability of employment is low.These are the fundamental problems of secondary vocational school graduates involving the finances and economics schools.However,the based-on factor is lying in the lack of employment ability of graduates.Based on this,this paper analyzes the employment ability of graduates of vocational schools in finance and economics.The paper takes Qujing Finances and Economics School as an example,through the investigations,collecting relevant information and data,and find out the factors which influence the ascension of secondary vocational school graduates’ ability of employment.In order to put forward valuable suggestions in improving financial vocational school students’ employment and their employment ability,the financial and economical vocational school can make the corresponding adjustment in the professional setting and the training mode and can cultivate useful talents for the development of society and economy.
