The national platform for medium and long term educational reform and development plan (2010-2020) stated:"Accelerating the construction of learning-type organization, forming of basic learning, lifelong learning for all the learning-type society."Today, in full implementation of quality-oriented education and curriculum reform, learning community for education, in particular basic education put forward new demands. Class as the basic cell of the basic education, as essential elements of the school, is the main place for students’learning and living, is the environment for the growth of the students, class construction and bad affects school performance, the future of education and the success of students, also affect the process of implementing quality-oriented education.This article believes that learning class is a class member participation, shared learning, making progress together, constantly correcting their acts, surpassing oneself, trying to achieve the common vision of the class. Construction of learning-type class that reflects the development trend of modern management and meets the needs of students’development, promotes the professional development of teachers. It is also of major significance for improving modern management theory, enriching the learning-type organization theory.But due to economic conditions, cognitive level, management systems and other aspects of the disorder, current high school in particular, construction of rural high school class still faces many problems. Class construction tendency of serious target single, class management, class structure is unreasonable, and so on. The graduation thesis is based on Class1, Grade Two of Pinggu Middle School, for example, application of learning organization theory, proposed four main principles in the construction of learning-type classes, which adhere to the base school, the principle of seeking truth from facts; innovation, principles of edutainment; team learning, hierarchical principle of improving system thinking, principles of comprehensive development. And on the construction of learning classes try to the following policy:class vision:build a spiritual community; class eco:promoting green management; strategically:building a learning class teacher; the wisdom of crowds:team learning; subtle:creating the learning-type class culture entertainment:fun activities; effective support:setting up class policy.
