Junior high school students are weary of school, at present it has become a matter of general concern of the society. Especially in rural junior high schools, that is a common phenomenon. Being weary of school makes students’learning performance decline, lose learning motivation and interests, it can even make students have negative pessimistic attitude to life. In order to research the deep-seated reasons for students’being weary of school, strengthen the teaching pertinence, this study analyses and researches the phenomenon from the perspective of the Theory Of Learning--Based Organization, then seeks for effective solutions, and gives students a hand in time when they need.This article studies Shuangkou Junior High School in Beichen District, and find out the intention of the students’ learning by investigation、 observation and interviewing. The author analyse and discuss it, then find out the root cause. At the same time absorbing all kinds of advanced education theory and the teachers’ experience, summarizing corrective and preventive methods, eliminating students’ weariness, the author tries to help them to be happy to learn.In addition, in this article the author has to study the ways of parents’education, teachers’ teaching methods and the teacher in charge of the ways of education, to understand all the reasons about being weary of school, from multi-channel mprehensive. These help students to understand bad consequences, so as to improve the education quality of teaching and try to found the people’s satisfaction to the high quality education. After analysis, it was determined that middle school students’ school--weary is affected by objective factors, for example,parents have different education degrees, students have significant differences on being weary of school. But the most important reason is internal factor.It includes:1. The lacking of learning motivation about pioneering, enterprising and challenging oneself.2.The communication between teachers and students or students each other is not enough, students are conceited and depressed.3. Learning objects are not clear, and students can not be evaluated in time.4. Lacking of the spirit Of collectivism, no sences of responsibility and pride.5. Do not experience the enjoyment of success, which is related with the unscientific management.The Theory Of Learning--Based Organization is that learning is a kind of desire and power in individuals, learning activities for members are entirely voluntary, independent and active. The theory is just fit for the matter. Based on the Theory Of Learning--Based Organization, building a learning-oriented class is an effective countermeasure. Construction strategy includes:1. Encourage the students’self transcendence, active development2. Build atmosphere to develop new learning mechanism3. Clear development direction, provide common goal of the class4. Strengthen the cooperative learning to form the study community5. Participate jointly, adopt agile and changeful management strategyIt is true that the students have changed a lot both on learning and life through the construction of learning-oriented class. Not only Students have got some suitable ways for their own learning, but also teachers and parents have got useful methods for teaching and education As long as give bored students scientific education, they will love to learn.
