Current our country is at the social transition period stage. In our country society high speed reforming process, along with society’s rapid change, the old standard is not suitable, the new standard has not established, certain standard function display receives the hindrance, several kind of standard systems conflict mutually, the people have lost the standard of conduct, each kind of social relations present, the fission phenomenon loosely, then has had certain conflicts. The new time teachers and students relations conflict is one of its illustrations. The current teachers and students relations conflict frequency sends, the conflict intensity and the dimension are enlarging unceasingly present situation, already threaten seriously society stable, democracy equal and fair just. For example:The Chinese Politics and law Universities "the YangFan event", Zhongshan University "the network event","the Shangqiu municipal prominent teacher liquor less advanced classroom begin one after another to5students" and so on. In view of this, because the education question has the particularity, therefore it will be doomed to become the hot spot which the society will pay attention. Educational fields’ contradiction had already surpassed the educational system.
