Against the national background of advocating the harmonious development by the times, the harmonious education has become an important factor that may influence the harmonious development of the community. As the most important relation in school education, the relation between the teacher and the students in the classroom runs throughout the teaching process, which directly relates to students'mental health and their overall development, the realization of the educational effect and new curriculum goals and the ultimate harmony. Therefore, the establishment of a harmonious teacher-student relation is of importance and necessarily.Analyzing the discord performance and its reason of teacher and students'relation of the current high school physics class with the related educational theory of new curriculum reform and new concept of high school physics curriculum, this paper elaborates the basic characteristics of the harmonious teacher-student relation in the high school physics class. The author made the Grade two High School students in her class as the research subject and used the methods of contrasting experimental class with the control class. Based on the strategies of establishing the equal and fair view among students; student-based, setting up the students'dominant position in the classroom; increasing teachers'knowledge, updating teaching concepts and methods and creating the relaxed classroom environment combining interaction with democracy; improving the teachers'personality; building the evaluation system of pluralism and development, the author did the practical research of physical teaching process in three different forms in the experimental class 8(general class),and the control class 13(general class)of Wu Weizhe, and achieved initial success.Notwithstanding the unsatisfactory conclusion of the thesis, it still provides practical experience for the establishment of harmonious relations between teachers and students to the high school physics class in our school for reference.More than half a year of my educational practice can be seen during the study: First, high school physics classroom teacher-student relationship caused by many factors of disharmony. Physics itself factors, changes in physical examinations system, teacher stress, and teachers factors, changes in the contemporary high school students. I personally think that the physical factors that cause teachers to their own high school physics class the main reason for discord between teachers and students, resulting in physical learning is not high. Therefore, for high school physics classroom to establish harmonious relations between teachers and students, teachers themselves should be the main point from the start, that establish the equality, democracy, views of students, the Student-oriented, students in the classroom to establish the dominant position; efforts to improve the overall operational capacity; improve the teacher's personality; build pluralism, development of evaluation system. Secondly, from the experimental and control classes three stages of the physical examination results, and four different levels of the experimental class track and analyze student achievement and the interview process, the overwhelming majority of students should be said that the physical learning both in the original level with varying degrees of increase, indicating that indeed a harmonious relationship between teachers and students of physical classroom teaching had a positive impact, but also the implementation of the strategy that I really conducive to a harmonious teacher-student relationship. Finally, high school physics classroom teacher-student relationship discord is not formed overnight, so the new Curriculum high school physics classroom to establish harmonious relations between teachers and students, with a long and arduous, requiring the teaching practice in the future continue to accumulate experience in order to satisfactory results.
