So how should the beginning to end, the choice to self employment more effective practice is the author of thinking, then analyzes graduate student practice, employment tendency and direction of employment relationship between are particularly important.This study in graduate employment tendency and related documents on the basis of the review, with open questionnaire investigation to Beijing Jiaotong university, Beijing agricultural university, Beijing normal university, the central finance, Beijing university of posts and telecommunications and Beijing university of science and technology of300in the school master graduate student as samples, and the practice of master graduate student, choose, employment relationship questionnaire. And to this questionnaire for the tool, through the independent sample t test, analysis of variance, correlation analysis and regression analysis method of master graduate student internship status, employment tendency and employment conditions, and the relationship between the three. Research conclusions are as follows:First, the independent sample t-test and the results of variance analysis showed that the situation in the master graduate student practice, professional, and source sex, if they’re, if they’re only children student cadre, family income, father’s occupation significant differences, the graduate student employment direction and gender, professional, whether for single children, whether for student cadres, father’s occupation there was significant difference, and family income, no relevant source.Second, related analysis results show that the master graduate student practice and employment tendency, employment direction in remarkable correlation relationship. Third, regression analysis results show that, the graduate student practice unit type, full-time practice times, regional factors, economic factors can effectively predict master graduate student employment unit types.Fourth, in intermediary effect inspection, practice the unit type in geography and the employment unit between type, economic factors and the employment unit types have between intermediary function, and economic factors and the employment unit type of intermediary between significant effects. This paper will graduate students as human resources to research, explore the human resources graduate students how to better for the job. Research point and the existing research has the very big different, this is a breakthrough.
