Along with the social conditions and social environment's unceasing change, the choosing profession view of university students is also unceasingly changing, and it is different in the different time, the different area. Especially in recent years, as a result of the social various factor's influence, the employment situation has been getting more and more stern, the university students are facing the impact of new and old choosing profession idea and the life value's reorientation, their choosing profession view is moving unceasingly toward the complication and the contradiction. But under the new historic condition, the university students to set up the scientific choosing profession view, is of positive significance to expand the position domain, to realize the self-value, and to promote social development. Therefore, the study on the choosing profession view of university students complies with the need of the times and social development, and with the realistic need that the physical and mental health of university students develops and become well-educated, it has the very important practice significance.In this paper, on the basis of investigation and study on choosing profession view of university student in Henan Province, the full understanding and knowledge of the current situation and existing problems of them is helpful to propose the countermeasures, of which train how to correctly choose professions for the university student.Hope that this study can provide with certain reference information for strengthening and improving career education students in Henan Province, raising the employment rate of university students, improving the quality and efficiency of employment services, and also hope to provide some useful help for the healthy development of choosing profession view of university students.The full text is composed of three parts:Part I: the connotation explanation of choosing profession view of university students. The concept, characteristic and significance are made a simple exposition, to have a preliminary understanding and knowledge to you.Part II: the survey report of choosing profession view of university students in Henan. The main interviewees are from Henan University and Zhengzhou University, Luoyang Normal College, the Yellow River University of Science and Technology and other institutions. First of all, a simple description of the investigation process; And then study the results from the ideal career, career motivation, career channels, career awareness and career value orientation of college students in five aspects of the careers of Henan Province; At last sum up the existing problems that mainly concentrate on the high employment expectation, deficiency of personal capacity-building, the short-term career goals, a reflection of the importance of personal values, inadequate understanding of the subjective, and so on.Part III: the countermeasures about solving the problem, mainly for university student's choosing profession problems, and three proposals: Firstly, students should subjectively make a good preparation, in accordance with social needs, from enhancing its ability to frankly face of setbacks, raising mental endurance and accepting the objective reality, adjusting for employment expectations. Secondly, the university should provide with subjective circumstances from raising the effectiveness of values, strengthening subject construction, adjusting personnel training mode, and enlarging employment guidance; Thirdly, the social security system is provided from governmental policy system, public opinion introduction, relevant laws and regulations.
