Along with the social conditions and social environment's unceasing change,the choosing profession view of university students is also unceasingly changing.Especially in recent years,as a result of the employment situation has been getting more and more stern,the university students are facing the impact of new and old choosing profession idea and the life value's reorientation,their choosing profession view is moving unceasingly toward the complication and the contradiction.But under the new historic condition,the university students to set up the scientific choosing profession view,is of positive significance to expand the striving domain,to realize the self-value,and to promote social development.Therefore,the study on the choosing profession view of university students complies with the need of the times and social development,and with the realistic need that the physical and mental health of university students develops and become well-educated,it has the very important practice significance.In this paper,on the basis of investigation and study on choosing profession view of Physical Education Institute university student in Shandong Province, a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the current situation and existing problems. explore the objective and subjective factors of impacting choosing profession view designed to guide PE college students to establish a correct choosing profession view, final highlighted the problem of employment of university students to solve the theoretical responses.Hope that this study can provide with certain reference information for strengthening and improving career education students in Shandong Province,raisingthe employment rate of university students,improving the quality and efficiency of employment services,and also hope to provide some useful help for the healthy development of choosing profession view of university students.Uses the questionnaire survey procedure and the mathematical method of average, has conducted the research to university student's employment view existence's question and the countermeasure, draws the following conclusion initially: (1) the present graduate has to the employment situation compares the rational knowledge, but is unclear to own understanding, cannot locate itself correctly.(2) gets employed the expected value to be high, the employment region favors the seashore municipal city, to goes to the basic unit, western area employment consciousness not to be strong.(3) participates in each kind to respond to a call for recruits to take a test and the job fair is the main way which the graduate seeks employment, the independent pioneer are few, starts an undertaking consciousness to be light independently.(4) pursues the steady work, lacks the development spirit, the majority of graduates favor the relative stabilization the work type, the intention are engaged in the teacher and the official and so on stable occupation.(5) pays great attention the personal interest, chooses time the occupation what first regards is th(6) the present graduate's professional profession plan consciousness is light, lacks the professional profession plan design which the science is clear.
