| Accompanied by the socialist market economic system, independent choosing profession as a new mode of retired athletes employment is resulting from continuous improvement. It is a strategic decision which the party and state make from the development of the market economy and sports career. It is also a major step of the placement of retired athletes corresponded with the socialist market economy.In2003, since the country issued "independent retired athletes’ economic compensation method", we have resolved some re-employment problems of retired athletes. But mostly common "tower footing" retired athletes are very difficult to obtain employment. Some of them for long-term unemployment life appear special difficulties. It is necessary and urgent that we establish and perfect the employment service organizations independently, and strengthen independent employment service. It is the inevitable requirement to compensate them who dedicate youth and win honor for the country. They are some advantages to establish and perfect choosing profession service organizations independently, to strengthen independent choosing profession service, and to enhance their competitive consciousness, the choosing profession skill, and employment skills. They are helpful for survival and development of retired athletes, deepening the development of monetary-placed independent choosing profession system and promoting the sustainable development of sports.This paper applied some methods, such as literature reviewing look-up, investigation method and the comparative analysis. Using retired athletes independent choosing profession for nearly five years (mainly by Hunan province independent choosing profession retired athletes) as the research object, the author made analysis, research and discuss on the problem of choosing profession service. The paper provides initial thought, way and measure for independent choosing profession service retired athletes. Independent choosing profession service doesn’t set up special organizations, perfect training mechanism, be preferential policy in place, and support service policy. The strength of independent choosing profession service, must perfect the government service organization, construct the social service system and training system, rich training form, improve the social security, and form a service system of “in many ways" cooperation and government in charge. |
