Topromte the education fainess is a necessory request to guarantee societyfairness and constructure harmonious society. Tibet is important to China, tostrengthen Tibet education and promote Tibeteducation fainess is veryimportant to Tibet stable development. The education basis in Tibet is the mostweak in the whole country,the most difficult to develop and the distancebetween the urban and rural is most huge, the huge difference has made someof the agriculture and pastoral area school faced a survival crisis.
