Education Fariness is still a hotpoint on the two meetings in2012andthere is a hot argument in the national people’s representatives, CPPCCmembers, medias and the netusers.Education Fariness is not only related to each family but also related tothe national development,national future and the peace social history. Topromte the education fainess is a necessory request to guarantee societyfairness and constructure harmonious society. Tibet is important to China, tostrengthen Tibet education and promote Tibeteducation fainess is veryimportant to Tibet stable development. The education basis in Tibet is the mostweak in the whole country,the most difficult to develop and the distancebetween the urban and rural is most huge, the huge difference has made someof the agriculture and pastoral area school faced a survival crisis. So, using ascientific development value to direct the urban and rural education, smallerthe education difference and promote the harmonious development ofTibetEducation, promote the education’s fainess into a reality is significant.The unbalance development of Tibet’s society and economy causes theunbalance of Tibet’s Educatin, big difference between the urban and rual andbig difference between different areas,which is a prominent feature of Tibet.The future TibetEducation should meet different area’s development level, andchoose a practical development stratege and make the limited funds usedreasonably to get a good social effect. When considering the area layout ofTibet future education, should set different education development targets,layout scale and organization form according to each area’s economy andculture status and also considering its utilization in the social economydifference and cultures to smaller the urban and rual difference and reacheducation fairness.In this article, there are four charpters. Charpter1: Introduction,introducing the paper topic choosing base, literature review, reseach ways and the research sense. Charpter2: Analyzing the relations between the scientificdevelopment and Tibet Education Fairness, scientic development value pointthe right direct methods to promote Tibet’s education fairness.Charpter3:Analyzing the problems and causes of Tibet’s education fairness byquestionair survey, field investigation and other ways. Charpter4: Presentingpractical advise to promote Tibet. Education fairness on base of analyzing thecauses in Charpter3, under the value of scientific development and connectingthe practical status in Tibet.
