Education is the booster of the development of human society which promotes the human society and the continuation of the continuous development of human society, in the process of society, the performance of the education is a liability to society and a kind of perfect self, that is a" moral" ethical behavior. With the continuous development of market economy, people pursuit the "the justice of the society" urgently, so as" social justice" within the system" educational justice" is placed in the prominent position in society. Modern society is a" pursuit of self, self-perfection" society, only through the fair education, in order to realize the value of life, education justice is the development of modern social civilization and an important symbol of modern society, but also which is the essential requirement of the development.But in the process of the development of education, some education "unjust" phenomenon does emerge in endlessly including the country, the school and family, and also some education concept, policy, system, and other aspects are biased, for example, the national education resources tend to city, school teacher "authority" over the student over rights and so on, which makes the students not enjoy fundamentally education to bring all of the "grace", and can not "accept education, enjoy the education", and, to some extent, education injustices also more and more impact on people desire to education justice desperate.This article attempts to discuss the injustices using the "right" ethics in the process of education development, the educated men are ethical research object, and instructed in the rights and obligations of the educated namely "subjectivity" status as the core to discuss, highlights the education system in instructed the basic position. From the meaning of education first to justice, this article to know and understand the education fair ethics attributes and the nature, and the knowledge of the education fair is a "good" career, is with "people" and "the harmony of society" as our own responsibility, which is to say that education run through the human development and social progress in the process. From the macroscopic and microscopic (social)(school and family) two Angle, this paper analyzed the education fairness ethical confused and causes, and make people directly from the deep understanding to cause education from the root of injustice. Three is the proposed solutions to a specific "education justice" lack of principles and countermeasures, comprehensive multi-dimensional education injustice to solve the phenomenon, practical and feasible to realize education justice. Finally through the state, society, families of three parties work together for an creation to he conditions to meet the demand of education for them.
