"Justice Association Strategy" And The Inspiration For Moral Education In Our Country Colleges

Lawrence Kohlberg(1927-1927),the most famous educational expert and psychologist of America in the 20 th century,leaded the school of moral cognition development theory which takes one of the dominant virtue',to enhance the affinity of moral education,to insist on the change of new and potential,to increase the period feeling of moral education...to train qualified successors who have both ability and political integrity.” In the speech,President Xi emphasized the main mission of colleges and universities again in the aspect of moral education.He urged and inspired workers in college moral education to innovate moral education method,to improve the traditional educational concepts and to enhance students' moral quality and theory of moral accomplishment.Though past work has accumulated many beneficial experience and has achieved good results,there is still some need to improved and some aspects are waiting to be innovated.For instance,some colleges and universities neglect students' subjectivity,self-discipline and school moral atmosphere as well as reality.As a result,moral education in colleges and universities is not suitable for college students.And too much emphasis are on external restraint.They do not pay attention to student's self-discipline.Besides,the using of educational resources are relatively single,and so on.As a kind of applied strategy,Justice Association Strategy insists that school moral education should be changed from traditional classroom education to extracurricular practice education.In order to achieve the best moral educational effect,school moral education should be student-centered and allow students to involve in the whole process of moral education.And there is a necessity to build a good moral atmosphere in the process of education.Only giving enough rights to the group members,will each member consciously practice the theory of moral education,conduct self education and guide individual moral practice.And these would promote the moral development level of each member in the group and their moral judgment ability,facilitate the internalization implement of the moral theory,and affect individual moral behavior positively.Therefor,Justice Association Strategy has a strong reference value and very beneficial enlightenment for the reform and innovation of college moral education,which will provide a lot of new ideas for our innovation inherent in the moral education methods and ideas.This article gave an overview on Kohlberg's Justice Association Strategy at first by introducing its concept,generation,formation and development process,the basic idea,and organization structure and practice mode in moral education practice.And on such basis,the author summarized the advantages of carrying on Kohlberg's method of moral education practice.Then,this paper viewed the present situation of moral education in colleges and universities,including the main methods enforced on college students moral,the main problems and reasons.And the author summed up the enlightenment of Kohlberg's Justice Association Strategy on current moral education colleges and universities.It includes improving teaching methods and emphasizing participatory democracy,creating the atmosphere of moral education and paying attention to the recessive education,innovating practice of moral education,and providing opportunities for individuals,stressing self education and heightening consciousness of self-discipline consciousness.Through researching and referencing the reasonable kernel parts of “Justice Association Strategy”,this study is beneficial to construct good moral atmosphere for campus.It provides support for promoting the innovative development of moral education method in colleges and universities.And it is conducive to the in-depth development of moral education practice.Furthermore,it is helpful to promote the unification of students.And in the long run,it would improve the actual effect of moral education in colleges and universities.
