Higher Normal Colleges’ undergraduate Teaching is crucial, The quality of teaching is goodor bad affects not only the school’s reputation and future development, but also the impact onschool enrollment size and the employment situation of graduates, due to large-scale enrollmentin colleges and universities, making the university more and more a shortage of resources,teacher development and capacity limited, and the needs of students on the rise, these two casesconflicting, which restricts the ultimate expression of the institutions of higher educationteaching quality as the quality of the students fall, the employment pressure is also increasinglygreater.Visible, establishing an efficient Higher Teacher Education security system is a veryimportant thing, each school should be early on the agenda, Teaching feedback in NormalColleges is one of the core component of education quality assurance system in NormalColleges and Universities, the establishment of the Higher normal colleges’ teachinginformation feedback system based on the basic theory and the standard of Science and HigherTeacher Education security system, this study through literature research, survey research andqualitative research methods, we survey and analysis the effect of the normal college teachingquality factors, through statistics and further analysis, and we construct a normal collegeteaching feedback system. Shenyang Normal University undergraduate teaching will be theobject of research and analysis in this study, through the research, establishing a feedbackmechanism of teaching and teaching evaluation system, in order to improve the quality ofundergraduate teaching in Shenyang Normal University, in order to promote graduates’employment, to ease the pressure of them and to "assessment" to promote to "teach", inspireeach other to jointly achieve the reform and good development of the quality of undergraduateteaching.Now the network has to enter all walks of life, the Internet age is efficient, convenient andabundant advantages by the favor of the majority, many colleges and universities have theirown educational management system, school various sites, significant savings in manpower andmaterial resources, thus, the construction efficient network and a normal college teachinginformation feedback platform has a significant role in promoting the reform of the school’steaching quality. Based on the research of a normal college teaching feedback system,designing and analysis the architecture of this platform choose the appropriate tool to achieve the functionality of this platform.Teaching evaluation is the most important and best embodies in the feedback value of Anormal college teaching feedback platform. Teaching evaluation system in the early researchand analysis is to form the corresponding teaching evaluation, and to provide the theoreticalbasis for adding the weights of the late evaluation for the platform. This study is a study of boththeory and practice, to provide a reference value for the protection of the quality of teaching.
