The Local Normal Colleges And Universities Teaching Present Situation And Countermeasure Research

Practice teaching is the important content of the teaching in colleges and universities,to strengthen the construction of practice teaching improve the quality of practice teaching,practice teaching reform is the reform and development in colleges and universities is an important item.Practice teaching form and content is very rich,including intern,trainee,based on the problems of study,social investigation and inspection,experience learning,experiment teaching,including the students' scientific research,etc.From the teaching way,practice teaching includes teaching also includes learning.Is a practical teaching to college students as the main body of education activities,through the practice to let the students close to the reality,to meet the needs of the development of the society,understanding employment into the workplace.Second,through the practice teaching,the teachers' innovative teaching methods and teaching ideas,improve the teaching effect.In this study to learn from practice in local normal colleges and universities in China as the basis,the problems of using the literature research,questionnaire investigation,interview investigation method and so on research methods,analysis of the current local normal colleges and universities teaching the root of the problem.Especially in the current transformation of education,strengthen the practice teaching is helpful to attain the goal of education and the transformation of people.The innovation of the thesis is from knowledge,ability,emotion,the relationship between beliefs,values,the paper dissects the goal of practice teaching and puts forward the thinking of the curriculum,optimize practice teaching mode,to construct the practice teaching evaluation system,for the local normal colleges and universitiesteaching reform to provide theory and practice for reference of the model.
