With the improvement of social development and people’s living standards, the National continued growth in demand for the spiritual life of the professional sports industry in China as part of the national economy, is becoming a complete range of new industries. At the same time, the impact of professional sports to economic development is more and more the attention of relevant departments, the people began to realize the huge market potential of the sports industry. This is in sharp contrast to the professional sports in China is currently faced with multiple difficulties,"fixing" the "black whistle" even team strike phenomenon of these problems are all with our professional sports management from operation, regardless of excessive intervention in the market to develop the administrative monopoly related. Some reference to the management mechanism of China’s professional sports club governance mechanisms as a starting point, by revealing the administrative monopoly in China’s professional sports, the hope of our professional sports antitrust issues.The core argument of this paper is:the monopoly of China’s professional sports is the monopoly of a government with the tube to do, regardless of excessive administrative intervention in the market. This article from the perspective of a reasonable competition, the basis of the analysis of the current state of professional sports market in China, analyzes the causes of the problem of monopoly as well as the consequences; the use of empirical analysis method to a monopoly of the specific form of expression, the root of the administrative monopoly the distribution of interests in economics; last, standing on the height of the regulation theory put forward specific measures of our professional sports antitrust issues.Around the core argument of this article, the article is divided into five chapters.Chapter1is the Introduction. It provides a brief summary of research backgrounds, research status, research ideas and the main points.Chapter2is the relevant theory. It uses monopoly theory, government regulation theory and game theory. The focus of this thesis involves the design due to the issue of monopoly rent, rent-seeking theory.Chapter3presents a theoretical analysis of the monopoly of professional sports. Finally, based on game theory analysis of the consequences of our professional sports administrative monopoly, come to our country pipe to do, regardless of the increased rent-seeking government setting rent and clubs, and other market players, only to reduce government intervention, the rental market can be dissipated, professional sports market to their own development.Chapter5mainly analyses the Chinese professional sports antitrust countermeasures. Standing the theoretical point of view of regulation of professional sports antitrust issues relevant recommendations:change the way of our professional sports economic regulation; to strengthen the Social Regulation of Professional Sports. Economic regulation include:stripping the competitive business of professional sports in China in a timely manner; reform of China’s professional sports regulatory bodies. The main mode of social regulation include:to improve the Sports Law; the legal system and improve the professional sports; the legal effect of granting of Arbitration for Sport; achieve laws strictly enforced.
