An Empirical Study On The Brain Drain Of Core Talents And Degree Of Regional Identity In The Underdeveloped Areas

In the development of the west regions for the undeveloped areas, no matter what the west regions has made a breakthrough in construction in the past ten years, or still emphasize "self development ability" in the next ten years, the talent that especially strong creativity and uniqueness of core talent is the most critical factor. However, long-term since, the severely loss of core talent is a severe challenge that the undeveloped areas is facing.Facing the serious problem of core brain drain in underdeveloped areas, we believe in what is traditionally known as the treatment, working platforms, environmental factors only stay on the surface of the objective factors.However, what really play a key role is caused by a variety of objective presentational elements formed by internalization to regional identity feeling. Therefore, we start from internalized concepts, summarize the regional identity of related research from the domestic and foreign scholars, put forward the concept of regional identity and design the questionnaire, select qualified research object further study what kind of influence which underdeveloped regions identification on the loss of core talent through the empirical research method and the affection degree, the differences that affect this relationship factors exist in the process, and on the basis of the above research, propose the corresponding countermeasure.Through the empirical data analysis, the main research conclusion of present paper is:on the whole, regional identity and core brain drain are significantly related, the correlation coefficient of0.6, and that the influence of the degree of regional identity to the core brain drain in underdeveloped areas are the most important factors, and regional identity in the influence of core talents loss in the process of to occupy a more important position;differences, five factors of core talent and regional identity degree of relationship degree order origin, age. sex. nature of the work, the title,in which the age and origin of the greatest influence, and has significant difference.
