| With the continuous development of China’s economy and society,social workers are playing an increasingly important role in social governance and social services.However,the shortage of talent supply,talent team instability and other problems have always been a difficult problem for the development of social work industry,and it is becoming more and more prominent,and it is particularly urgent to strengthen the construction of social work professional talent team.This series of problems lead to a large loss of social work professionals,and then affect the normal development of the whole industry.This paper takes social work practitioners in Q District of Nanchang city and students majoring in social work in nanchang universities as the research objects.By means of questionnaire survey and interview,this paper analyzes the causes of brain drain of social work in Nanchang city from the perspective of policy supply.It is found that there are some reasons such as the mismatch between policy and social demand,the lack of interaction between the main body of policy supply and the audience,and the restriction of policy supply itself.In view of the above problems,from the perspective of policy supply,this paper puts forward the policy of optimizing the social work talents in Nanchang,that is,increasing the policy support of classifying social work posts,improving the supply efficiency of social work talents policy,strengthening the connection and implementation of social work talents.Through the optimization path is response to the plight of loss of social work practitioners,strengthen the policy supply in order to promote two-way positive social workers work environment and personal development,so as to curb the loss of social workers,promote the healthy development of social work organization,ultimately promote the nanchang the social work profession benign development,the social work talent policies for other cities. |
