Research On Optimizing Countermeasures, Trends And Current Situations Of Man-land Relationship Of Guangxi

The developing history of human society is actually a history of man-land relationship. From the human society was born on, the human society and the natural environment occurs between the close contact and interaction. This contact and interaction accompanies by the development of human civilization and progress, its scope, wide and depth are constantly expanding, but the change and impact on the survival and development of modern humans bring all sorts of negative effects and may even harm. So, coordinating the man-land relationship, seeking the human society and natural environment harmony between mutual benefit and common evolution, the way of sustainable development, and then to build a harmonious society, will become a modern humans cannot avoid inevitable choice.This article chooses Guangxi as the research object, the relationship between population and cultivated land as the breakthrough point, analyzing the change of population and cultivated land in Guangxi relationship, this paper discusses the relation between human and land in Guangxi trend, the pattern and evaluation, and analyzes the reasons of the relation between human and land changes in Guangxi and the influences of economy and social environment of Guangxi, thus further discusses countermeasures of the optimization and coordinator of the man-land relationship, for constructing harmonious society to provide decision-making reference in Guangxi.This article is divided into six parts:The first part introduces the research background, significance and the domestic and foreign literature review. Generally speaking, the domestic and foreign literature review is a departure from the course of development of the man-land relationship thoughts, and summarized on the man-land relationship thoughts, and made brief comments, put forward the ideas and methods.The second part is related to the concept and theoretical basis. First, summarize the main points about the man-land relationship thoughts content from the domestic and foreign, put forward in this paper, the connotation of the man-land relationship, the definition of relevant concepts also further illustrated. In the theoretical basis, mainly introduces several around population and land of related to ideological theory of the man-land relationship.The third part is the man-land relationship of Guangxi:the analysis of situation, pattern and evaluation. To analysis the change of the man-land relationship of modern Guangxi between, and summarized, and analysis of the present stage of the man-land relationship of Guangxi area internal relation and make related forecast, according to economic and social reality to the man-land relationship for a brief evaluation.The fourth part analyzes the reasons of the relation between human and land changes in Guangxi and the influences of economy and social environment of Guangxi. Respectively from two aspects of the population and land analyzes their reasons for their changes, and also analyzed its economic and social environment influence.The fifth part is according to researching on the change of the man-land relationship of Guangxi, from the view of optimization and coordinators to the man-land relationship of Guangxi, put forward countermeasures to optimizing the man-land relationship of Guangxi.The sixth part is the conclusion. Pointed out that innovation and weaknesses of this paper, and explain some points in it.Guangxi agricultural population is bigger, the rural economy in the area the development of social economy occupied a very important position. But for a long time due to the contradiction between human and aggravate, existing cultivated land resources can not meet the need of population growth, the imbalance will bring the rural economy development slowly. This article based on the man-land relationship of modern Guangxi, researching on situations of the man-land relationship of61years(1950-2010), has been clear changed in the process of the population and cultivated land, and further analyzes the present situation of the14regional administrative units of Guangxi in2009, making trend forecast on the basis of the future of the man-land relationship of Guangxi, drawing the man-land ratio of Guangxi is1.15, cultivated land per capita is the area of1.15mu/person. If the population growth rate is in the prediction and cultivated land is within the scope of the increasing continuously, the man-land ratio is not too low, can alleviate contradiction between man and land in a period of time. Only from population and cultivated land itself set out, can’t eliminate this contradiction, in this paper, based on the construction of new countryside, as an opportunity to put forward the harmonious development of man-land relationship, made clear the importance of optimization of the man-land relationship of Guangxi.
