| Under the New Curriculum background, it is put forward a series of important measures in many aspects, such as course objectives, course structure, curriculum standards, course evaluation and course management, and so on. The start point of the new curriculum policy is to make everyone get free development. The promulgation and implementation of the new curriculum policy brings a serious challenge to the traditional CTE’s (classroom teaching evaluation) ideology and implement in our country. However, we can find that there are lots of problems in classroom teaching evaluation. Especially, the evaluation standard is different, and the principal part and methods of assessment are single. This show that, according to the requirements of new curriculum, changing the thought of the traditional classroom evaluation and setting up the classroom evaluation system for promoting teachers’development is an important thesis, which should be solved necessarily.In order to seek a reasonable and effective way of evaluation, we design a new effective micro-standard teaching evaluation, which based on constructivism thought and evaluation concept. The new assessment contains three periods:valuation reserve, evaluation implement, evaluation reflection. Moreover, it is mainly design three aspects. In the first aspect, teachers revise the evaluation standard in order to make the aim of evaluation clear. In the second aspect, it constructs diversified evaluation form to promote the development of evaluation effectively. In the third one, it installs the portfolio of reflective evaluation for improving teachers’ reflection strength.In this paper, the author designs an experimental research to measure the effect and feasibility of evaluation method in practical classroom teaching. The twelve subjects of experiment are chosen from Mian Yang senior high school in Si Chuan province, and all of them are biology teachers. The instrument of research is Questionnaire. After the experiment, the author will collect and put data into computer. The results show that the micro-standard teaching evaluation plays an important role in traditional classroom teaching evaluation. It can improve teachers’teaching competence. The teachers can evaluate themselves and others by using classroom teaching video. In this way, it can enhance the subjects’reflection strength, at same time it also can make the valuator’s evaluation become more persuasive. What’s more, the portfolio of reflective evaluation conduce to help teachers make a compete understanding of their own shortage and progress. Meanwhile, it also can arouse the enthusiasm of teacher and enhance their confidence. All in all, this paper aims at exploring the affection of micro-standard teaching evaluation in practical classroom teaching and helping practical educators improving their teaching capacity. |
