National Tourism Development And Resource-exhausted City Transformation

Gejiu is an ethnic border city, which sets in the mountain, and it is a western underdeveloped city lack of resources. It is famous of two thousands of history of Tin-mining, and wins the fame of Tin-capital. It is one of the first resource-exhausted cities in our country, and faces the harsh reality that there is little resource to guarantee the living and developing. It is necessary for Gejiu to consider and choose the transition of economy。However, Gejiu is not only a famous old industrial city, but also a city with traveling resources of colorful minority culture. This paper aims to assess the national tourism resources in Gejiu city, research the local culture of Hetian village, point the problem and methods during the developing of Gejiu national tourism, and raise the idea of Gejiu tourism developing model and path, which is to combine the national tourism developing and the famous Tin-culture, and make them support and reflect each other. Only doing this can realize the continuing developing of Gejiu national tourism, and make the national tourism the important method of economic transition and optimization of industrial structure. The highlight of this paper is to use multi-disciplinary crossing to investigate the continuing development of resources-exhausted city from the aspect of the development of national tourism resource, and to raise the reference views to develop the resource-exhausted city, relying on the surrounding tourism resources, making full use of national and man-made landscape, and combining the famous Tin-culture.The paper is divided into six parts. The first part is introduction part mainly to define the related concepts, induct the national and international study situation, and give the structure of this paper; the second part is to describe the economic situation of Gejiu nowadays, including the overview of Gejiu and the principle and aims of Gejiu economic transition; the third part is to induct and assess Gejiu national tourism resource, and use SWOT to analyze the feasibility of developing the national tourism; the forth part is to describe the real condition of Gejiu national tourism development, and raise the problem and method during the developing of Gejiu national tourism based on Hetian village; the fifth is to integrate Tin-culture and national tourism; the sixth is to raise the idea of making good use of local national and human resources to develop the tourism, and make it be the important method of economic transition and industrial transformation.
