According to the current problems existing in the middle school students’ composition evaluation, based on Chinese new course reform content, exploring the right evaluation methods of the middle school students’ composition, by exploration and analysis to find out some practical and effective ways of composition evaluation. This article mainly from the following several aspects:the first part is the introduction that expounds the evaluation of middle school students’ composition purpose, significance and method, and discusses the domestic and foreign research results of composition evaluation, and includes questionnaire, and discusses and studies the students’ composition evaluation problems existing in the middle school. In the first chapter, the related theory of the middle school students’ composition evaluation is further explained. It is discussed two aspects including the connotation and its theory basis. It is defined evaluation, education evaluation, learning evaluation, evaluation of several aspects of the concept of composition. The second chapter is about the analysis of the current problems and reasons of middle school students’ composition by investigation, teaching research and practice. From the survey, the further improvement of composition is found, and investigates and collects information from the students’ self cognition, the realization of composition, the relationship of subject and dominant of composition evaluation, the demand of the composition evaluation. In the third chapter, the new try is put forward under the guidance of new course standard. According to new course standard guidance, firstly, students’ realization is evoked about composition evaluation. It is put forward by using the longitudinal comparison for composition, combining "dot" and "face", discussion and correction, the personality of language, hierarchical standard in composition evaluation. Finally, key issues and insistence of problems are summarized and reflected on teacher to the composition evaluation, which must be caused enough attention. The content of composition evaluation is further explained. The direction of the students’ improvement is the same as the direction of the evaluation. The problems of composition evaluation in the middle school are put forward and the method of evaluation is cleared. The composition evaluation in the past is furthered improvement. Some useful material is added to the composition evaluation in new course standard reform.
