The composition teaching of senior high school has always been an eye-catching problem in the basic education fields because it's the important as well as difficult point in Chinese teaching. The Curriculum Standard was taken place of The Teaching Syllabus by The Ministry of Education in 2003, which signified the beginning of the first revolution of the curriculum in the basic educational fields in the 21st century. The new curriculum standard bring forward much constructive advice and guidance to Chinese composition teaching of the senior high school.My paper probes into the depth and effectiveness of the current Chinese composition teaching evaluation from 2003 to 2008 in our country. First of all, I get to know the current evaluation situation to some extent. Secondly, I analyse some incorrect common evaluation ideas and the reasons based on the current evaluation situation. Finally, I put forward three advice to improve our current teaching composition evaluation of senior high school. It is a long way to realize the aim.Because many experts and Chinese educators have made much achievements about the Chinese composition teaching evaluation, I only hope my research can give a little help about the depth and effectiveness of the current Chinese composition teaching evaluation.
