With the construction and improvement of Chinese socialist market economy system, especially afterentering into WTO, Chinese educational market and environment has changed greatly, which is a challengeas well as an opportunity. While market mechanisms are coming into educational field, our collegeeducation is being faced the internal and external competition sharply and college schools in all sorts andall levels have to survive and develop in competition.Henan province is located in the middle of China with excessive population and weak economy. Itscollege education is dropped behind comparatively, the structure of education isn’t rational, top talents andquality educational resources are shortage, and the general strength of college education is dropped behindthe national average level. According to the strategic deploys about developing education in priority andconstructing powerful human resource nation in People’s Congress17, as the one of important parts ofnational college education, Henan’s college schools have to be involved into the competition in order toincrease the strength and acquire the motive force of development. Although Henan’s college schools hasachieved fast developing with a great results and contributed to national college education, there still are aseries of problems about how to overcome own shortage, how to make the most of the advantage, how tobe more positive in competition, and how to occupy a field in educational market. This article will be areference for sustainable development of Henan’s college education by implementing brand strategy,strengthening connotative, and giving top priority to own characters and advantages.4parts in this article are listed to expound:Part1: Introduction.
