With the development of society and the progress of science and technology, people have the morehigher requirement to the education. Classical education theory such as " Teacher center theory" and"Student center theory" show its disadvantages inherent:" Teacher center theory" advocates born teacherbrought low, the teacher should also be in the center position in education activities, and therefore in thiscourse the students have emotional block with the teachers, but also to erase the students autonomy andcreativity."Student center theory" advocates that students should be born and the teacher be auxiliary,this emphasizes teaching activities should take the student as the center, the students’ subjectivity should bereflected, it is also establishing a good relationship between teachers and students.Although this relative to"Teacher center theory" has the revolutionary transformation, there is also a big problem, if we put too muchemphasis on the status of students in teaching activities in the leading role, the teachers leading role will beweakened, then the students for knowledge system master will not be good enough, the knowledge qualitywill not be high enough, the teaching effects will not more enough and so on. Therefore, the author thinksthat, we should implement the democratic teaching in the process of teaching, as well as establish ademocratic relationship between teachers and students will really solve the above two kinds of teachingidea.In a democratic teaching, the relationship between teachers and students is neither born teacherbrought low nor born students while teacher auxiliary, but it places the two main body of equal status. Theteacher in the teaching plays a leading role while the student in the teaching occupies subject position.Between the teachers and students have equal status, this is not erasing the important role of teachers andpays attention to the main body status of students into full play as well. If the friendly atmosphere idformed in the class, the estrangement between teacher and students will eliminate. This kind of classbenefits students actively to think and mix knowledge together, this can also benefits the students’ creativityto play. At the same time, it can also help break the teachers’ traditional thinking, it is helpful for theteachers to develop. In a democratic teaching process, because of implementing the flexible teachingmethods and changing the traditional evaluation standard,this will make every student find the possibility tap of their potential, which is beneficial to the students’ development in an all-round way.This paper discusses the connotation, characteristics and necessity of the democracy teaching, andanalyzes the current situation and existing problems in Middle School Political lesson.And based on this toadvance the implementation of the teaching methods and strategies of democracy, and finally to democracyin the practice teaching of the problem of reflection.At last I reflect the problems occurred in thedemocratic teaching.The democratic political lesson teaching means in the political lesson teaching practice, whichfocuses on the traditional teaching defects,and eliminates the teachers and students psychological distanceso that to build the harmonious relationship between teachers and students to propagate the relationship asthe core,then to promote the all-round development of students as the purpose with paying attention torealize the teaching method and approach of the diversity of the teaching idea.This paper mainly focuses on the democracy measures of how to implement the teaching, by creatingdemocratic class teaching atmosphere and using of the democratic teaching method and strategy toimplement the democratic teaching evaluation system, and the formation of democratic relationshipbetween teachers and students to propagate the relationship of these methods and measures, the middleschool political teaching will show its new magic.
