| In today’s world, science and technology develop rapidly, knowledge accumulation and renewalis speeding up, comprehensive national strength competition of different countries is increasingly fierce.The key to competition is talent, base is education. Since the founding of new China, especially after thereform and open policy, foundation education of our country has yielded fruitful results, has brought uplarge quantities of outstanding talents.But, as the economy develop, education system, education idea,education structure and layout, education methods and so on lag relatively so that influence the demandof economic development for talent. After2001, places one after another gradually started the newcurriculum reform. It put forward teachers should interact with students actively in the teaching process,handle the relationship between imparting knowledge and cultivating ability correctly, guide the studentsto question, investigate, explore, learning in practice, promote the students to study actively andindivividually by teachers’ guided. Under this background, situational teaching method as a new teachingmethod, because it can stimulate the students’ interest, arouse the enthusiasm of students learning, so itfavors by many teachers. This article tries to combine characteristics of ideological and political lesson inhigh school to discusses how to carry out the situation. This paper studies the key which lies in situationcreate and implement in high school ideological and political lesson.Discussion about situational teaching method in this paper is divided into the following five parts:the first part-the exordium, a brief overview research purposes of high school ideological and politicallesson, and then define situational teaching method in high school ideological and political lesson.
