The most key and effective feature of the Internet mode of transmission is that it realizes an interactionbetween the information releasers and receivers in the real sense most deeply for the first time, whichfundamentally changed the traditional mode of information dissemination and transmission. This situationmakes this means of communication not only establish its own position with these outstanding advantages,but also be bound to fully affect the mode of transmission of the entire human society and educationactivities. Faced with this change, people have to continually put forward their doubts of the effectivenessof the traditional educational activities, though the traditional school education system and it’sspecialization in the operation had an irreplaceable promote in the development of human society. Facingthis kind of suspicion sounds, we feel more the insufficient of the traditional teaching model as forideological and political education in secondary schools.Due to specific historical reasons, we now more commonly adopt the passing-accepting teachingmodel in China’s ideological and political teaching in secondary schools, which is based on psychology andobjected to imparting knowledge systematically and develop basic skills. The focus of this teaching modelis to fully tap students’ cognitive ability and the role of indirect experience in the awareness activities.Specifically speaking, we make the students continuously strengthen the memory, and thus to deepen theirunderstanding and further strengthen the linkages between the knowledge in order to achieve the purpose offinishing for the system of knowledge, through the teaching program of reviewing previous lessons-stimulating the motivation to learn-teaching the new courses-the consolidation exercises–checking andevaluating-intermittent review. In recent years, with the continuous advance of the teaching reform, wecontinuously introduce new teaching modes in ideological and political teaching in secondary schools.However, in general, these teaching models merely simply changed the teaching processes more thanqualitative changes. With the changes in the work environment and the emergence of new teachingconditions, this model also constantly exposes some obvious shortcomings.Teachers in this classroom teaching, continue to make their own efforts. In consequence, they can givetheir own personality to a certain extent within a certain range, showing its own characteristics. However,to a greater extent, the teacher is factually just used as a tool for disseminating information. And this process of instrumentalization is obviously at the same time implied the loss of educators’ own values andenthusiasm, limiting the communication of educational thinking and being carried out of educationactivities. This situation not only affects the transferring and sharing of knowledge, but also harmful to thecultivating of humanistic spirit and scientific spirit for students.To end the situation above, the only thing can we do is to adapt to the requirements of the network andinformation technology, further more, to adapt the needs of society and human development. So, we mustchange and update the original concept and mode of teaching, and establish a new idea about informationdissemination and exchange, and combine the advantages of network communication and teachingactivities. Above all, we ought to do the research on the network theory of education and teaching based onthe reality of education and teaching to guide specific educational research and teaching activities. Thecommunicational dissemination of information and interaction are very necessary to provide new scientificand technological support for education research and teaching activities. Only in this way, can we takeadvantage of new advances in information technology to comprehensively promote the construction of theentire teaching system.From the perspective of network, this article generally depicts the basic features and outline of themechanisms and modalities of ideological and political education in socialist middle school. In summary,this paper can be expressed as follows. Factually, secondary school ideological and political educationunder the circumstances of network, is to give full play to the superiority of information exchange-liaisonmechanism between school, society, family and person, on the basis of focusing on building the facilities ofnetwork platform. At the same time we must focus on the investment of network and information resourcesbelonged to secondary ideological and political, strengthen the team mechanism building of ideological andpolitical education in secondary schools, and enhance network quality and professionalism quality of theentire educational team to play the overall advantages of the team. Developing and promoting networktechnology actively, we construct new mechanisms and create new modes with the means which is suitablefor middle school ideological and political education. Finally, we will achieve a seamless connectionbetween educators and students. In sequence, the rich ideological and political education resources will beshared in the form of two-way interactive loved, and then the target of the ideological and politicaleducation will be fully realized between the subject and the object.
